Join us for an exclusive Member Reception celebrating the opening of a remarkable exhibition featuring renowned contemporary Cherokee artist Kay WalkingStick. This exhibition brings WalkingStick’s evocative landscape paintings into conversation with masterworks from The New York Historical’s collection of 19th-century Hudson River School paintings, creating a compelling dialogue between artistic traditions, perspectives, and representations of the American landscape.

Members can also preview the exhibition November 5 & 6 during regular museum hours.
