Bears, wolves, bison—and zebras? In addition to Western art, our museum collects wildlife art that spans the globe, featuring creatures of our shared Earth. The realistic paintings and sculptures connect us with the beauty of the natural world.

Wildlife artists such as Matthew Hillier, Julia Rogers and Daniel Smith travel far and wide for inspiration, bringing awareness to conservation issues through depictions of animals and their habitats. The gallery also includes books and activities meant to engage and educate our young visitors.

A group of children and adults observe and discuss artifacts on display in an art museum gallery with paintings on the walls.
