In partnership with Catering By The Family, one of Tampa Bay’s most respected catering companies, The Canyon features a bold menu inspired by the American West and Indigenous ingredients, featuring locally sourced components and innovative dishes exclusive to The James Museum. In addition to its food offerings, The Canyon also serves Southwest-centric craft cocktails and expertly crafted coffees in partnership with Lavazza.

Overseeing The Canyon is Executive Chef Zakari Davila, a Tampa native and Food Network Chopped champion.

100% bison patty with American cheese, caramelized onions, homemade pickles & spicy peach aioli on a brioche bun.

Lavazza espresso combined with steamed milk and a touch of foam, served hot or over ice.
