Join scholar and art dealer Dexter Cirillo as she shares her expertise and insights through this unique public talk on jewelry traditions of the Southwest. Ms. Cirillo has worked extensively with the most prolific jewelers from the Southwest Tribes and published two books on the artistry of this exciting form of historic and contemporary Native Art. For her book “Southwestern Indian Jewelry: Crafting New Traditions”, Cirillo interviewed more than eighty of the top Native jewelry artists of the region. This is a not-to-be-missed opportunity to learn from a renowned expert in the field.
