Inspired by the museum’s 2023 Far East to West exhibition, Dr. William Wei will discuss the Chinese contribution to the westward expansion of the United States after the Gold Rush and the construction of the Transcontinental Railroad. This special evening will begin with a reception, including a live performance of traditional Chinese music.
