“Earl Biss: The Spirit Who Walks Among His People” (2022)

This documentary delves into the life and work of Apsáalooke artist Earl Biss, whose work is displayed in The James Museum. A master painter, Biss was an important contributor to the explosion of Southwestern Art in the 20th century and to the rise of contemporary Native American Art. Filmmaker Lisa Gerstner joins us for a talk-back via Zoom.
