Let us help customize a memorable outing for your family and friends or corporate, nonprofit, or social group.

Things to Know

Explore The James Museum collection with one of our knowledgeable docents. Groups will enjoy a 60-minute overview of the museum, focusing on select works of art from each of our seven galleries.

We can accommodate groups of up to 50 people at one time. Guests will be divided into small groups of 10 people per docent.

A $50 deposit is required to secure your reservation and is due within 2 business days after your visit date has been confirmed via email. Your deposit is payment towards the total admission cost for your group. Credit card payments and checks are accepted.

The balance of your admission is due on the day of your visit. Be sure to have an accurate headcount when you make your final payment, as tickets are nonrefundable.

There is no tax on museum admission.

Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel no less than 2 business days prior to your tour date. You may also reschedule your visit based on museum availability.

Museum parking for cars is available on Levels 3 & 4 of the automated South Core Parking Garage. Enter the garage behind the museum at 101 1st Ave S, St. Petersburg, FL 33701.

For commercial buses, please contact the SP+ Parking office at 727-896-2256 or [email protected] to make parking arrangements in the AL Lang Stadium parking lot. The SP+ Parking staff will discuss parking rates, create the reservation, take payment, and notify city enforcement so the bus is not ticketed. Please note that due to the event nature of this lot, space may be limited and not all reservations may be accommodated. SP+ Parking staff needs at minimum 2-3 business days’ notice to ensure there are no scheduling conflicts for the parking lot.

If SP+ Parking is unable to accommodate your parking reservation request, alternative parking for commercial buses is to reserve metered street parking spaces near the museum. Reservations must be made at least 3 business days in advance. Parking spaces are approximately 8’ x 22’ and cost $10 per parking space. The parking fee will be added to your balance due and is payable along with your final admission and docent fees. Parking fees are nonrefundable.
