Florida Shines On: PARC Artists
September 7 – October 13, 2019
This Florida Shines On exhibition features works of art from the Inspired Artist Studios – a non-profit PARC organization where children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities can express their artistic talents. The exhibition is sponsored by the Florida Department of Cultural Affairs and aims to increase visibility of PARC’s mission, while celebrating achievements in the arts by creatives of all ability levels. Florida Shines On is a collection of artworks that represents “shining on” through challenges. The James Museum proudly supports PARC’s artists with this traveling exhibition.
